The crew did amazing dropping it off in plenty of time and making sure everything was clean and set-up to our liking. They came and cleaned everything up after the party and made sure everything went well. Would highly recommend. I’m sure we will be renting again in the future! If your on the fence about adding the ball pit-SO WORTH IT. The kids loved it!

They were very responsive and even accommodated us wanting to change days due to a rain forecast prior to the actual day since we had family coming from out of town and wanted to be able to give them advance instead of waiting until day of.
